3、Exhibition Support

Independent Booth Support

To better support and encourage artistic creation, 100+ Talents embraces a flexible and sustainable approach to co-building a platform for sharing Asian Art.

For this season, selected artists will be offered two types of booth options:

-Standard Booths, available in two sizes – 2x4m or 3x3m

-Special Booths, which well be tailored according to the artists’ specific needs

This arrangement is designed to empower artists with the space they need to express their vision freely and effectively.

Professional Support from Executive Curators

To better showcase the artistic vision and creative style of each selected artist, this year of 100+ Talents will organize the exhibition area into thematic zones based on artistic disciplines.

Each zone will be led by an independent executive curator, who will be responsible for curatorial planning and coordination, including:

-communicating directly with selected artists,

-supporting the presentation of artworks,

-co-designing on-site artist-led activities and programs, and more.

This structure is designed to ensure every artist’s work is thoughtfully highlighted and meaningfully connected to the audience.

Accommodation Support

All artists are required to pay a booth fee of RMB 2,500 upon signing the exhibition agreement and confirming participation this year. This fee includes local accommodation in Shenzhen for 5 nights, covering the period from setup to dismantling. To support local artists, we offer a reduced participation fee of RMB 1,000 for artists based in Shenzhen (does not include accommodation).

100+ Awards Program

As part of the new season, the 100+ Awards will be evaluated by a professional jury composed of leading figures from the art world, creative industries, and media. The jury will conduct on-site selection to determine the winner of the “100+ The Most Popular Artist” award, aimed at encouraging the growth of a new generation of Asian artists.

Collaboration with Local Industries & Product Development

The 100+ Art Season will continue its collaboration with local enterprises to develop art-based products using licensed IP from participating artists. This initiative aims to strengthen connections between the arts and industry, opening up new possibilities for artists to expand their creative impact and extend the vitality of their work through cross-sector partnerships.

Media Promotion Opportunities

100+ Art Season will collaborate with a wide range of media platforms and external communication channels to amplify the visibility of participating artists and their work.

Tailored content and creative storytelling will be developed to help share artistic voice, style, and vision with broader audiences – enhancing influence and recognition within the art community and beyond.

If you have special booth requirements, please indicate them during the application process, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Final booth arrangements will be coordinated to consider the needs of all participating artists.

Booth Usage

We expect artists to respect their booth rights. Exhibitors may not sublease or share their booth in whole or in part in any form. Exhibits not declared in the application are not allowed to be displayed within the booth.

Booth Design

We will appoint designated contractors for construction and booth setup. Booth designs must comply with venue safety regulations and align with the overall image of 100+ FAIR. We encourage exhibitors to carefully design their booths for 100+ Talents. If equipment rental is needed, assistance can be sought from our official exhibition services provider during the setup phase.

5、Delivery and Customs Clearance

Artwork Registration

All exhibited works must obtain exhibition permits from relevant authorities in advance through the 100+ Art Season Organizing Committee. Therefore, please ensure that the artworks exhibited at 100+ Talents correspond to the submitted application. Participants are required to provide complete information for all works before submitting the exhibition application. Only upon confirmation can the works be exhibited.

Artwork Transportation

Artists are responsible for arranging the transportation of their exhibited works. The venue will only provide assistance with receiving the artworks.

6、Artwork Sales and Transaction

100+ Talents aims to create a fair and transparent platform for art consumption. To provide a better experience for both creators and consumers, we ask that participants refrain from conducting private transactions with consumers in any form and respect the rights of the organizing committee.

Artists selling their works at 100+ Talents are, in principle, required to pay applicable taxes. A commission will be charged on all artworks sold on-site.

Artwork Pricing

The pricing of each exhibited work is determined by the artist. Please indicate the suggested sale price (excluding tax) for each piece in the Confirmation of Participation form, which should be submitted after signing the exhibition agreement. The organizer will use this pricing to create standardized wall labels and sales promotional materials for on-site display and communication.

Regarding sales-related taxes and fees (including but not limited to import duties, consumption taxes, and platform service fees), the organizer will handle them in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of each region, and details will be specified in the exhibition agreement. If you have any questions or require assistance with pricing, please feel free to contact the organizer.
